Paralegal / Trainee Solicitor

We are looking for a dedicated and organised Paralegal to join our immigration team. This role offers the opportunity to progress to a Trainee Solicitor position for the right candidate.
This position would suit someone who is serious about developing a long-term career in immigration law and is keen to gain practical experience within a professional and supportive working environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting solicitors with a range of immigration matters, including visa applications and appeals
- Preparing application forms and compiling supporting documentation
- Drafting correspondence and legal representations
- Undertaking legal research where required
- Communicating with clients, counsel and relevant authorities
- Maintaining and managing case files in line with deadlines
Candidate Requirements
- Law degree (LLB) or equivalent qualification
- A genuine interest in immigration law
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Careful attention to detail and ability to manage workload effectively
- Professional and client-focused approach
- Intention to qualify as a solicitor
- Multilingual, preferably Punjabi, Hindi and/or Bangla/urdu but not essential
